PARTNERS IN MOTION ANNOUNCES MAJOR CHANGES TO ITS MANAGEMENT STRUCTUREPartners in Motion, a Regina-based entertainment company, is pleased to announce the reorganization of its management structure.
Ron Goetz, CEO Partners in Motion, announces that effective December 1, 2008 he will no longer serve as the CEO of the company. Ron has been the CEO of the company since 1997. He will remain as Executive Producer for the company's many productions as well as act as the company's Executive Vice President where he will focus his time looking for strategic and growth opportunities for the company.
It is with great pleasure that Chris Triffo, President of Partners in Motion announces the appointment of Jeff Stecyk as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Partners in Motion. Jeff's new role will include the principal management of the company and its subsidiaries. Jeff has been with the company since 1999 starting as the Manager of Business Affairs. He gradually took on additional management roles in the areas of marketing, sales, and development. Jeff has represented the company at various major market events throughout the world. Further, Jeff is a Senior Partner of Partners in Motion and a key member of all the company's committees including its executive. "Jeff has been a vital part of the company since he began and has the experience and knowledge needed to lead this company for many years to come", said Triffo.
In conjunction with this appointment, Chris announces the appointment of Steven Balkwill as Vice President of Operations. Steven has been with Partners in Motion since 2004 and has served in many different capacities including: grip and locations manager for the series Crime Stories and Disasters of the Century, 1st Assistant Director on many projects such as Legend Hunters and Midnight Massacre-The Donnelly Murders. His most recent role was that of production manager overseeing production and equipment for all television and corporate production produced by Partners in Motion, including Crime Stories, The Re-Inventors, Legend Hunters and Countdown to the Future. In his new role of Vice President of Operations Steven will lead a talented team in overseeing all of the company's production, post production and facility requirements.
Chris Triffo will remain as President and Senior Partner of Partners in Motion and Linda Goetz will remain as Chief Financial Officer.
