PARTNERS IN MOTION’S INNOVATION NATION AIRS ON SCN

January 7, 2011 (Regina, SK) Partners in Motion, an international media company, is pleased to announce the broadcast of its new science and technology series Innovation Nation on the Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN). The first episode airs on SCN on Sunday, January 9th at 7:00 PM CST. The series was previously aired on the Discovery Science Channel in Canada in late October.

The series is an exciting, up-close look at ground-breaking scientific discoveries shaping our planet and our future. Each episode goes on a global journey to find the people and ideas making high science a reality.

“One of our goals on the series is to show the diversity in the world of innovation,” said Ron Goetz, Partners in Motion Executive Producer/Executive Vice President.  “The show spotlights everything from international megaprojects to inventors working out of their garages.”

“The series also gave us an opportunity to showcase some of the cutting-edge science going on right here in Saskatchewan,” said Goetz.

As part of the Innovation Nation brand, Partners in Motion has also launched a mobile app for iPhones and Android devices developed by Pocket Media Inc.(a subsidiary of Partners in Motion), and a robust website, www.innovationnation.tv. The Innovation Nation website features an online contest inviting backyard inventors to submit videos for a chance at $30,000 in services sponsored by IPWatchdog Inc, Enhance Product Design Inc, and Spread the News PR Inc.  The contest closes on January 25, 2011 and has already received over 35 invention submissions.
