March 19, 2004 DIRECTOR FINDS WHAT MAY BE THE HOLY GRAIL Partners in Motion, a Regina-based, Emmy®-Award Winning production company, is proud to announce that its series, Legend Hunters, will air this month on Discovery Channel Canada. This show features the hunt for two of the world's greatest legends - the Holy Grail and Noah's Ark. To get these stories, Chris Triffo, Director and company President, traveled to remote parts of France and England to trace the legend of the Holy Grail. Believed to confer power and immortality on those who possess it, the Holy Grail has so far remained an elusive relic, but new theories have come to light. Triffo even touched what may be the real sacred chalice! He interviewed the world''s most experienced Grail hunters, Graham Phillips and Henry Lincoln. Both adventurers have made startling new discoveries that revolutionize the whole concept of this ancient and enduring legend. Thought to rest on the peak of Mount Ararat in Turkey, explorers have been trying to find Noah's Ark throughout the ages. Triffo interviewed several individuals, like Dr. John Morris, Dr. Charles Willis and Richard Rives, who have made the search for Noah's Ark their life's purpose; as well as organizations such as Rex Geissler's Arc Imaging and LAND INFO that are using cutting edge technology to search for this most ancient of holy artifacts. "Just filming these stories was incredible," says Chris Triffo, "We are excited that viewers now get to be a part of the adventure." Legend Hunters aired originally on Travel Channel US and was produced with the assistance of the SaskFilm Documentary Fund and Harmony Entertainment Management Inc.
