Partners in Motion seeks to develop valuable long-term relationships with producers, broadcasters, and other companies who have innovative and creative ideas and proposals. Our development committee meets regularly to evaluate each submissions, so send us your project, idea or proposal for review to:

Thank you for your interest in Partners in Motion ("PIM"). As a condition to our reviewing your materials, proposals, ideas and/or submissions (the "Materials"), we ask that you agree to the following:

PIM will not make any use of the Materials that you are submitting to us except under the terms of an agreement to be negotiated between us.

We are not asking you to waive any copyright or trademark rights available to you by law. However, you acknowledge and agree that our receipt and review of your Materials does not mean that your Materials or the underlying concept therein is unique or original. Similarly, you acknowledge and agree that PIM, or other persons, may have previously created or may in the future independently create something that is substantially similar or identical to your materials, which we will have the unrestricted right to use with no liability or obligation to you.

You have retained a copy of the Materials submitted to us and release us from liability for loss or damage to such Materials.

This agreement applies equally to any Materials you have in the past or may in the future submit to us unless agreed to by us in writing to the contrary.
